Sunday 18th April

I felt really tired this morning when i woke up but still managed to drag my self to the gym and suprisingly had a really good workout! Not feeling very positive about the weigh in this week but will just see how it goes. I came home and slept all afternoon! Just think i was catching up for all week!!!!

Monday 19th April

Wow i’ve just been to the chemist for my weigh in and i’ve lost another 3kg which is 6.6lbs! I am so made up because that now takes me to 2stone 2lbs which i always said when i started this plan that i wanted to lose at least 2stone. Although i have reached my goal i am still going to give it my all these last two weeks because anything else now is a bonus. I have been to the gym today but didn’t push myself too hard as i know we’re playing against a good team in netball tonight so i’ve saved a bit of energy for that!
