I’ve been up in the attic looking for clothes. As I use to buy clothes that I thought would fit me and I never got into them so I bagged them up and put them in the attic. And as my body is shrinking my clothes are getting bigger. So after a good root around I’ve managed to find my clothes and try them on some I still can’t get into. But others I can. So that’s my next mission to get into these clothes. Shannon and her friend couldn’t believe that I was getting into these clothes.
Shannon’s friend kept saying are you really happy that you have lost loads of weight.

Yes I am so happy that I have managed to lose weight but still got a bit to go before I can finally say I’m at an happy weight. Don’t get me wrong I’m so much happier than I have been for a long time losing the weight I have so far. But it’s in the back of my mind saying keep going really prove yourself. Doing Celebrity Slim Diet is so simple and easy to follow doesn’t take long to get into the program once you start seeing the results on your weigh in card. And your BMI going down.
With the support of Celebrity Slim and Rowland’s Chemist on hand if your struggling. 1 bit of advice don’t be too hard on yourself if you slip up. Everybody as little slip ups once in a while just as long as it ain’t everyday then it becomes a pattern and a slippery road of never been able to recover from making the mistakes. I’ve made a few mistakes on this diet but I’ve managed to learn by them and pull myself back into the diet. I was very hard on myself when I cheated the first time. And that was horrible feeling ever.

But I soon learnt that I’m just human and everybody makes mistakes. It’s really learning that eating healthy and sticking to you know what works. Really helps and if you want the results you got to do whatever it takes, That’s exercise; Drink the water, smaller meal portions 5 A DAY OF FRUIT AND VEG. Ditch the diet PEPSI for zero coke or zero pop. Limit yourself to 2 cans a day Don’t drink the cordial it as very high sugar content. Drink the decaf coffee and Decaf tea and drop to 3 cups a day.
Flavoured water is very high in hidden sugars as well. Try just drinking plain bottled water .500 ML 4 times a day. Don’t go hungry Celebrity Slim isn’t about that they have a very well planned and helpful book and the EAT RIGHT BOOK is the best buy ever. I LOVE THIS BOOK. So many great foods ideas you will never be stuck what too cook. Once you get all the ingredients it works out very cheap to cook these meals. There so easy and simple to follow with step by step instructions.
And keep a diary write down on what you did that day. And how you felt. And as the days and weeks go by you will see your pattern change and you will look back and think Omg did I really do that today. It’s the way I have learnt and as really helped me. And keep in mind that things don’t happen over night they take time and effort and hard work. Just think you did the hardest bit by admitting that you want too lose weight and that your finally doing something about it. That’s the hardest bit over with the rest is easy.
And the benefits from losing the weight is brilliant. Your doing it for yourself and love ones and children. They need you the most just being able to do everyday stuff with them like taking them to a park, playing football. Most of all being there Mum or Dad is the best feeling in the world knowing that your bettering yourself to see them grow up. Your kids will be so proud of you like mine are of me. Been for a walk to my Mums with Ryan and Caitlin we got caught in the rain. Wasn’t prepared for that today we got soaked. So it cut our walk short. Came home couldn’t make my mind up what I wanted for tea today. The kids asked for Jacket Spuds with tuna and beans for Luke. Beans and cheese for Caitlin and Ryan.
Shannon had cheese.

And I made a pan of chicken stew this was excellent with me feeling hungry for the last few days and munching on apples and oranges this really filled me.
I added turnip, broccoli, courgette, broad beans, celery, red and greens peppers sliced, 3 onions little ones, 2 chicken stock cubes, a squeeze of tomato puree, Black pepper and pinch of salt.

 

Cooked sliced chicken breast in the oven and put these in the stew when they was cooked. A pinch of herbs. The flavour was excellent and used up the veg in fridge before I had to throw it away. 1 bowl was enough to fill me and Caitlin ditched her Jacket Spud and got stuck into my tea. I didn’t mind as the veg is good for her. Glad she likes what I eat. Makes it that bit easier for me. Shannon wanted go on a long walk after tea so we had a walk to the horses but they had all been put in the stables. So we carried on through the little walk way through the country path.
Then we carried on through to Sankey canal. We came across people fishing and some of the lads had caught a fish. We stopped and had a look at it. They was so nice and showed Caitlin what a real fish looks like before they put it back into the water. Shannon was made up she’s never seen that before. We seen a bunny rabbit and loads of birds just pecking away at the farmers seeds in the fields. Then we spotted the pigs little huts. So we turned round and went too see if they was in the huts but sadly there was no sign of them. So we decided to start walking home up the big dingle hill Omg that hill is huge and pushing a pram aswell doesn’t half hurt your legs and arms.

Shannon waffles on to me about stuff as we’re walking around bless I love her too bits. She as a heart of gold. She keeps asking me am I going to carry on losing the weight and can we carry on doing these walks we have been doing.
Of course am I. Had my Milk shakes for Breakfast a Strawberry one. A caramel shake for dinner. My 4 bottles of water. Apple and orange as snacks.
